Use the EOL Bingo Site to create an online or print format Bingo game using images from an Encyclopedia of Life Collection. Please note that the collection must contain images, not taxon pages.

How to Play

EOL Bingo can be played online or by printing out player and caller cards. The instructions below are for online play.

Callers:

  1. Click on the Start link for your game.
  2. Wait until the game information is loaded. Please be patient as this can take a minute or two! You will then see a Game Code that you can give out to players.
  3. As players join the game online, you will see their names in the left sidebar.
  4. Click on the Start Game button when you are ready to start your game.
  5. When a player has matched all 16 images on their card, a notice will appear showing the winner's name.

Players:

  1. Click on the 'Join a Game' link.
  2. Enter the Game Code provided by the game caller.
  3. Enter a player name for yourself in the form.
  4. Click on the 'Join' button.
  5. When the caller reveals a new card that you have on your player card, click the match on your card.
  6. In this bingo game, you must match all 16 pictures to win.
